Changed the jetting on my 308 today...so went for a drive up and down the freeway to warm things up and then after about 15 mins pulled over to adjust idle mixture and speed. (air filter box left off, obviously) Imagine my surprise when I open the engine lid and see smoke puffpuffing from the breather!! I had a full rebuild with 10:1 pistons, new valves, guides, bearings etc etc etc only 1000 miles ago!! Can that possibly be normal? The puffing smoke (and sodium valves) is part of the reason I got the rebuild in the first place. What are the checks that need to be done if it sounds abnormal? Peter
