Next would be to check electrical connections to the motor itself, and
examine the linkage between the motor and the headlight bucket (the linkage
fitting can get loose and need tightening).

If all that checks out, it is likely you will need to replace the diodes on
the motor assembly.  That procedure is covered in several threads on
www.ferrarichat.com

Try swapping the relays for one side to the other. Most common problem is a
bad a relay.

You asked for an easy fix ...

Hey all,

Anyone have a quick and easy fix for me?  My left
headlight won't go down so it looks like my car is
winking?  This happens a lot and then in the middle of
the night it retracts.

Looking for some nice easy idea, like open the fuse
box, pull out relay x and spit on it and then ut it
back in.
