OK...swapped the fuses and relays with no result. 
Rotated the manual control which worked fine. Swapped
the relays back. 

Reached underneath the car to the wires on the botom
of the motor and brushed against "something" and the
motor went down.

Guess I've gotta crawl under tomorrow and check all
those connections.
