Ferrari Mailing List: 308 mileage

My 1981 308 GTSi has 88,000 miles on it. I bought it in august 2001 with
56,000 miles. Trip mileage is in miles too, but the speedometer is in
kilometers even though it says MILES on the gauge. Go figure. I bought
it in Toronto, I live in Montreal. Maybe this is not the real mileage.
 
Back in august 2001, I had it inspected and the mechanic said I needed a
new clutch. I still have the same one. Only trouble is the car is VERY
SLOW from 1st to 2nd. The rest (2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th, etc) is good.
