   Finally people who are not embarassed to talk about their mileage

        My name is Phil Tegtmeier, and I have driven
   1)My 328 GTB in the rain and on the track. And, aprox. 6000 miles with
   no license plate.
   2) My 275 GTB in the rain (but only once)
   3) A 275 ( for test purposes) in the snow while buying it for a
   customer.
   4)A 250 GTL in an incredible rain storm with truly marginal brakes.
   5) Many 308's in various weather condition,wit in some cases in
   op speedos ( not by my doing)
   6) I all most for got, I was bringing a 330 GTS home to Philly from
   Montreal, got really tired, turned the car over to my wife to drive
   and woke up 30 min. later with her truly frozen to the wheel we were
   on the NY State Thruway in a white out at @ 50 / 60 and she was afraid
   to slow down.
   7) If Maers count I did 2 back to back 360's followed by a 180
   baand back onto I 80 in Pa. during a snow storm that even I should
   have been smart enough to wait out in some cozy truck stop....off the
   road and back on covered 3 or 400 yds and wound up where I should have
   been....my 4 year old son ( who is now 39) said "do it again Dad"
   8) I Have a friend  who drove a Mondial with chains on it.

   Unfortunately they have all gone there seperate ways, but it ain't
   over till the fat lady sings.

   Oh I do feel better now.
