I'll bet that having Linda Lovelace on your lap was an "uplifting"
experience! No wonder she wrote "keep it up!"

One time many years ago, Linda decided to try and do legitimate theatre, she
opened in a play here in Phila.( I do not recall the name date or how long
the play ran) at any rate after the play there was a charity dinner. My wife
and I attended the dinner with a table full of friends....during dessert Linda
came over to our table sat on my lap and chatted she autographed my play
bill, "Dear Phil keep it up, love Linda". I think that she as well as I found
it
an uplifting experience. I believe that my wife subsequently disposed of the
book and the autograph but the memory lingers.
