Memphis has:
 
Beale Street - home of the Blues - Blues bars, restaurants, fun
 
Graceland - home of the King - view Elvis' 308 gt4 on display....amongst  
other things... ;-)   As a side note, I've had older folks pull up  next me and 
say, "I've raced Elvis in one of those..."
 
Nearly a centralized location, it's a bit closer to the east coast than the  
west, certainly closer for Ferrari Willi and der Frau.
 
If we are thinking of a show and/or a track event, Memphis has good places  
for both. Our annual exotic car show is held at the Memphis Botanic Gardens  
every Father's Day. Pics of last years show here
