Oh yeah, for those so inclined there are the casinos in Tunica MS about 25  
min south of Memphis. 
 
Now that I think about it, if there are going to be multiple hundred  
attendees, the casinos might be the best bet for accomodations and banquet  
halls.
 
I certainly like Phil's idea of having the event for charity, perhaps we  can 
get the Autism Society to plan and organise the event so our checks for the  
event can be made out to them and we can write it off as a donation...
