I'm thinking the gathering will be based at one of the casinos in Tunica,  MS 
were they have huge parking lots and plenty of rooms for everyone. It's good  
though that you brought up the idea of security. I will address that issue 
with  the casinos. Sam's Town Casino has a relationship with Memphis 
Motorsports 
Park  so that's where I will start...
