Please don't get me wrong.  Humans are a destructive species.  Just look in any 
space where there is no incentive to be "clean" - like where there are mandated 
standards instead of incentives - and you'll see what I mean.  I used to live 
in Siberia.  Yes, northern Russia where you couldn't take a piss without a KGB 
investigation.  The place is an ecological nightmare!

Anyway, my point wasn't that we shouldn't give a rat's a$$ but rather to 
emphasize that we shouldn't get seduced by a bunch of feel-good activists who 
are pushing a useless, self serving personal agenda.  Mother Earth is a wise 
old girl and she will heal the sins of man.  Yes, we can make our environment 
nasty for ourselves and others but we cannot destroy it.  We are not that 
powerful nor important.

I guess I'll end my rant with an apology for the missing Ferrari content.  
Merry Christmas everyone.  Go drive the wheels off of your precious.  :-)
