How can you say that? After all look how Nixon was able to freeze the price of gasoline - too bad there wasn't any at those bargain rates and we all had to line up for hours! Not sure what happened there. And consider the ease of finding a nice pied a' terre in Manhattan after rent controls were established! That surely worked!
I am certain that if Florida caucused first we would all be pumping Minute-Maid 85.
