Now that Lewis Hamilton has been suspended from driving in France for one 
month, what happens to his driver's license?  Is it a British licence (note the 
correct Anglicized spelling) or a European Community license or ?  Is his 
driving elsewhere affected?  Can he test for McLaren while his driving 
privileges (in France and/or not in other places) are in suspension?
