Ghia did bunches for Ford, and (not positive) Chrysler, too.

The infamous Cad Allante was built by Pininfarina.

I was recently at Bertone and many of their show cars were
commissioned by GM, including a VERY interesting van for
Cadillac (2005, I think).  (As an aside.....  All of the Bertone
show cars in their private museum are fully functional.
Quite impressive, given the high tech nature and the
one-off quantity.)
