I know what you mean, but some of my clients don't shop for themselves and have people at their house to feed their animals, clean golf clubs, shine shoes, take their luggage to the airport and have it in the G5 before they get there, etc. Daily staff. No kidding. And convenience is far more important than cost. If they want it the cost is not a consideration.

Old habits die hard. I bet a few who own and drive 12 cylinders on this list still buy toilet paper at Cosco in bulk. Doubt its for the shopping experience. hee hee. Rich or not, who doesn't love a deal?

I think the not caring about the cost comes AFTER you reach the

I don't think anyone wants to THROW their money away. And, it's always
good
to know the problem areas of a car, like the 456 for example, and the
problems of the 355, etc. Who's to say the Toyota is going to be trouble

free (as in your example)? Now, obviously, cost of ownership is not what
most people would really worry about when they decide to BUY a Ferrari,
but
it is, IMO, something that should always be, at least, considered along

with
everything else in the buying decision.

Subject: [Ferrari] Cost of Ferrari Ownership

Hey Naweed,

I think owning a Ferrari is about personal passion. If the cost of

ownership

is the buyer's primary criterion, then he should buy a Toyota.

Reading constant whining and complaints about what a Ferrari costs to

own
is

boring. For the Ferrari owners that whine and complain, the solution is
easy. Sell the freakin' Ferrari!!! For those wannabes that don't own a
Ferrari, to borrow a line from Jack Nicholson in his latest flick,

"Nobody

cares what you think".

No snob content meant or implied. You either the cars for they are, or

you

don't.

End of line.............................

Regards
