I don't think anyone wants to THROW their money away.  And, it's always good
to know the problem areas of a car, like the 456 for example, and the
problems of the 355, etc.  Who's to say the Toyota is going to be trouble
free (as in your example)? Now, obviously, cost of ownership is not what
most people would really worry about when they decide to BUY a Ferrari, but
it is, IMO, something that should always be, at least, considered along with
everything else in the buying decision.
