Good point, Rick. Today I've removed the rear lamps from my 328. The
signal lights were easy. The brake lights were a completely different
matter. I don't know if it is the same on the 308 (probably is) but it
is close to impossible to get at the 7mm hex nuts !!!!
There is a structural part of the car that gets in the way, and the
only way I can think of is removing the rivets were the covers (with
the lamp) attach.
That makes for 12 rivets to drill, remove and then replace just to get
at the 7mm hex nuts. Nuts is the right word, I guess .....
