Foreplay is everything
Let it warm up!

I never ran my 308 hard until the oil temp came off the peg and I had over
100k on when I sold it

Ok, since we are talking Ferraris today....

What is the list concensus on letting your 3x8 idle/warm up? I'd prefer to
get in her and go, however the packed snow/ice on the roads are precluding me
from that. Secondly, I know that if I let my GT4 sit for more than 2 weeks,
she turns into a real b*tch! So, what I do is I'll fire her up and let her
idle up to temp. (15-20mins..) During that time I'll check out all my hoses,
make sure clamps are tight, fiddle around in the garage and generally stink up
the place. I'll then shut her down and check the oil.

If the ice would get out of my Cul de Sac, I could drive her around my
neighborhood!!! :(

  Thoughts?
