I went back in my email to see if I could find reference, but it
occurred when I used an email account I no longer have.  I did find an
email I wrote in 2001 that said "remember way back when we had the UFI
problem?"  So it must have been before 2001....so, I guess 2000 is the
answer.

1998 filters should be ok, based on this line of reasoning...unless
Britt somehow had a really old filter!
