The issue was never the "filter" per se., it was the
D-ring that seals the filter to the adapter.  The
"rubber" composition was bad allowing the ring to
deform so much that the ring would migrate out of the
groove.  Trust me, this is real.  I blew two of them
and examined the filters after each event.  Both
failed the same way and both came from the same UFI
production run.
