It's time to watch "Ferrari, Victory By Design" again. In addition to the 250GT Ken mentioned, the 250P, 275GTB, 330s the various 312's and the 365s, etc. can be seen and heard. IMO, once we went to car design by government edict we began to slowly move to a world of cookie cutter car design in approx. 1968 .

Consider the 250 SWB. No character lines, no supernumerary exhaust
tips or retractible hardtop causing the trunk to look like a turtle
humped over fucking. Just pure sweet simple unadorned 100% pur sang
