I’ve always been treated with great respect here with Ferrari of Quebec
(Montreal). I got my 1981 308 GTSi in august 2001. They don’t make much
money from me.
I never go through the front door. I always use the garage door and go
talk to my mechanic. The first one is gone now, but the replacement is
very good. They give me great advice, tell me about things I should be
able to do myself on the car, they let me bring my own parts (bought
mostly on Ebay, from U.K., from different companies in the U.S.) and
I’ve always been happy about the labor time they charge me.
 
The bonus: I get invited to their annual cocktail party on the  Friday
of the Grand Prix weekend. Last Friday Raikkonen and Massa were there.
That’s pretty cool.
