I've always found them to be completely useless as far as mechanical aptitude goes, but recently our state dealer AND the importer to Aus has changed. Whilst I have had no personal experience with them, I know a few people who have spent a lot of money with them yet, get treated with disdain. The prices for parts and service have also suddenly considerably increased....as has a drop in after sales service. Unfortunately, most people are going to buy a Ferrari, if that's what they want to do, whether they receive good treatment or not. This goes for Maserati too, of course. -----Original Message----- From: Fellippe Galletta [mailto:fellippe.galletta [at] gmail.com] Sent: Sunday, 15 June 2008 6:00 AM To: Peter Pless Cc: The FerrariList Subject: [Ferrari] Ferrari Dealers Let's have an open discussion on how Ferrari dealers treat their customers. It has come to my attention that of all the marques available, the toughest one to get considerate treatment from the dealer has been Ferrari. After seeing a thread on fchat about how an Enzo/F40 customer was treated, things have gotten a bit interesting. Would like to hear the stories, positive and negative.
