Quite possibly correct, except for 1 minor issue.... In the Southern 
Hemisphere, the vortex of the outgoing particle stream would in fact 
rotate in a direction opposite to that of a similar vortex created in 
the NH. This is evident when examining the direction of rotation of high 
and low pressure weather systems between the 2 hemispheres (global 
warming relevance here). Consequently, a positive radical displaced 
from, say, San Francisco, would in fact be enhanced if subjected to a 
negative farticle vortex when in the Southern Hemisphere. This would 
totally unbalance the status quo of radicals in both hemispheres. The 
best evidence for this yet is the bombing of the Rainbow Warrior (itself 
a vessel of radicalism) by the French military in the 80's while at 
berth in Auckland. ie the traditional NH positive radical (Rainbow 
Warrior and crew) was upstaged by the now even more radical French 
military. Ergo, it is an ill wind that blows when the French fart down 
under, under the covers of darkness.
