Speaking of Jesse Alexander's book, 'Driven,' how many Listers have a copy? I looked at mine this morning and found at least?two glaring errors in the captions. The first one is plate 27, a close-up of a Ferrari Mechanic fitting a tire on his car for the 1956 Monaco GP. The tire that he is putting on is a Dunlup, which Ferrari didn't use until 1959 or 1960. Ferrari was using Engleberts at the time. The second is plate 77, which he says is three Porsche RSK Spyders sitting in a garage waiting for the 1959.LeMans. From where I sit, the photo is of a 550 Spyder, an RS Spyder, and an RSK. Check out the headlight configurations. On the bright side, he has a beautiful shot of?Phil Hill's?246 front engined Dino GP car, sitting?right along side the new mid-engine prototype (without the shark nose)?to be driven by von Tipps, in the pits during practice for the 1960 European GP. Tripps' car had the new 1500cc engine that was going?to be run?the next year. BTW, Hill won the race by over 2 minutes.?? Yer faithul servant, Ferrari Bubba
