Sony Cybershot DSC-W200
Canon Power Shot SD1100 IS
Casio Exlim Ex-S10
Sony CyberShot DSC-W130
Sony Cybershot DCS-T70

With Sony occupying 3 of the top 5 I'd think any of the Sony Cybershot models will be a good choice -

Personally I use a Nikon CoolShot 2000 which takes great photos but eats batteries -
