The car is reflecting the increase of the dollar so it is going to cost you some Euros to fix it Or you can find a Ghetto and ..... It's likely a shift linkage problem. The shift shaft (say 3 times fast....) both moves fore and aft as well as rotates. If the rotational aligment is not just right, you can have missing gears. Been there, done that. The adjustment is sort of like a turnbuckle with jam nuts, located near where the shaft goes into the engine. (Yes, the shaft goes thru the motor to reach the gearbox.)
