Scary stuff! I just had my GT4 up on its side with multiple jacstands and multiple floor jacks holding it up . You could've put the football team on it jumping up and down and it probably would not have budged. Regardless, I was terrified as h*ll getting under it to run a power wire off the starter. I even had a buddy standing there to drag my squished body out just in case. Only took about 10 minutes and that was enough. There was a Porsche guy who had his 914 fall on him while on jackstands. Fell on his head but not enough to crush it. Did mess him up pretty good though. JIM (Lift-less in Ft. Gravity wins. Double up - jack stands, leaving the jack in place, or or, or. Two things, always. I still get a queasy feeling in my stomach when I recall going to a shop and there it was - a car off the jack and two legs poking out from under. No blood - but there aint no one with a 4 inch chest rise. DOUG Kalifornia Dept of Consumer Affairs ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert W.
