You don't need a baby seat.....Once they are past two they want the keys.

hmmmm, ok. But how did the F50 get named? I have an owners handbook and
it
is comforting to know there is an entire page dedicated to fitting the
baby
seat. After all, when mama takes the ol F50 to store and wants to take
the
kid - you gotta be safe. heh heh

Larry:

The story about F50s only being leased is untrue.

The "F60" 60th anniversary car - was the Enzo.

and , your math is off - 1947+50 = 1997 (F50 was released in '95).

Hey Ya'll -
2 Questions -
I've heard the F50 is never sold, only leased for 2 year periods
assuming
the leasee is approved. True?

The F40 and F50 were to commemorate the 40th and 50th Anniv of
Ferrari - was
there a 60th Anniv edition - was there even a celebration? I'm
assuming the
60th is past -- but only because I don't recall any mention of a
celebration --

Perhaps I just missed it? What's the starting point? 1947? no,
that can't
be right =- that would make the 50th in 2007 - I *know* it was not
last
year -- but it was not long after the end of WW2 I think -

YMMV -

Keep you young? It will make your head spin - - - - literally. I
was a
hanger on with a OB/Gyn who was a hell of an SCCA Group B racer.
So when
Jody Scheckter's Formula 5000 came up for sale he bought it and
raced it.
Long Beach first ever on the streets race there and Riverside and oh
Laguna
Seca. Sez John when he was trying to heat up the tires - none of
this
wobble back and forth then - just accel and brake - ol John said he
did
that
a few times and he couldn't see. My my.

Give me a break! The 333SP will keep you young! You can pamper
yourself
when you turn 70, although I know several racers who kept things
lively
well
past that age. Paul Newman into his 80's and John Fitch, who is
now 91
and a
challenge to keep up with on the road even now.

You will NEVER sit in your rocking chair saying that you regretted
buying
the 333SP.

Trust me on that! :-)

So, Steve-
After your mention of the shortlist (and your invitation for
listers to
make it longer) on September 4th, have you decided what to buy
yet? Or
at
least which ones previously mentioned that didn't make the cut?
