Some of the hardware on the Ferrari is 'specialized' - I've been cutting-over
to Stainless Steel as much as possible to cut-down on rust/corrosion where I
find it.  I have found the following sites to be quite good in sourcing
Automotive hardware for my 308:

http://www.fastener-express.com/

http://www.belmetric.com/

http://www.winzerusa.com/?oout=x604fr

Some of the trim hardware is difficult to source, but Google is your friend.
Lowes/Home Depot is ONLY useful if you have one of the SuperStores handy, and
the idiots behind the counter bother to restock and re-sort the cabinets'
inventory now and then.....

After half of a lifetime owning and working on English Sportscars, initially
because I could buy clapped out MGs, TRs etc cheap and fix them up, I realized
my dream and own an 81 308 GTSi. Although I own lots of metric tools, I have
very little in the way of metric hardware, nuts & bolts etc. Does anyone
know where I can get an assortment of these, preferably in a pull-out drawer
cabinet? Thanks.

Regards,
George
