Hans, I just found an original interior door handle for the 365 2+2 from a fellow Ferrari guy on the web. That part is supposed to be rarer than the twin turbos used on Shuttle Challenger! I can only imagine what it must've been like trying to find this part 15 yrs ago before the web. One of the inner door panels is gone...but I am going to make that piece.
