Up here, we have a 20 year exemption on emissions, but things are in the
process of changing with that.  Also, cars older than 20 years could be
brought into the country, without meeting emissions, or crash standards as
far as I know.

I believe there are a number of exemptions here for hot rods and such cars,
but not sure just how to go about registering them.
