Ferrari Mailing List: Mondial QV interior

Hello Friends,

I am a sucker for putting things back to the way the Maker first built them.  
Specifically, I'm talking about the leather interior in my Mondial QV.  The car 
was originally tan but was later dyed black.  It still has tan carpets but the 
seats, console and doors are now dark.  When I first discovered the color 
change, about a decade ago, I planned to change the color back to tan.  Life 
changed and I sold the car before making any progress.

Now that I have the car back I have started down the same color change path.  
BUT, I have since seen a few Mondials with tan interiors and I must claim that 
I like the black better - especially with the light color carpet.  The car 
looks more open with the light carpet and the seats/console/doors add contrast.

So there you have it; A totally useless e-mail posting on Friday morning. :-P
