Sebro's customer service is as BAD, or worse, than their build quality.

I bought a set of secondary cat test pipes for my Boxster S from them and it
took forever. Repeated phone calls and emails went unanswered. When they
finally shipped it, they used a funky shipping company that I had never
heard of before.

I had to go to the shipper and pick up the package in person, or pay them an
additional $25 to deliver to my home 5 miles away.
