Oh, don't read me wrong. I don't disagree with the chapter 11 solution. It's just that "Just say no" doesn't work with drugs or kids. I don't see how it could have worked with the auto industry either. It is much more than just the unions, although I think they are a big part part of the problem they are not all of the problem. There's also the huge salaries given to the execs, the waste and inefficiencies in big business, the foreign nations manipulating their currency values to make their goods appear to be cheaper, the short-sighted consumers, the"Anything the US makes HAS to be inferior" mentality (amongst the US population! I hear it all over lists like this again and again!) and dozens of other factors.

Hummmm.

I was going to say "Wait until they hit 10 or 12 or 14
THEN come back and tell us how well the strong-arm "NO!" works." :-) It wouldn't work any better with the spoiled brat unions either. The situation is much too complex for simplistic solutions.

Enjoy your mastery of the situation while you can, it
won't last long.

NO!

It works with children, it works with employees.
LOL

As a new father I'll forgive you this one...
NO!

It works with children, it works with employees.
Wait until yours hits about 5 or 6... I recommend you
take some
pictures so you can look back to right now and
remember how easy it all
was :)
