Methinks snake oil.

He keeps emphasizing the low rpm.  Note that HP = torque X rpm.
Thus HP is likely limited.  He compares it to a Lambo motor, saying
that his motor developes similar torque, but at a much lower rpm.
See the formula.  That means much lower HP.

If you were to put a dedicated fixed ratio transmission behind a
conventional gas/diesel engine, you would see such similar low rpm.
However, the torque at the transmission output would be the engine
torque multiplied by the transmission ratio - or much more than
the MYT in the example given.

I couldn't find a decent cutaway drawing.  I fail to see how the pistons
are connected to any sort of connecting rod.  It appears that maybe
the pistons are connected to a disk that penetrates the torus wall.
If so, how is this sealed?

A lot of issues, and only vague answers from the inventor.
