Mike...
Well, I WASN'T a kid when Carter was president. Living through that boob's
mismanagement of our country was second only to living in our current
Congress' incompetence. I would say that you probably were lucky enough to
live out your formative years under a much more intelligent administration.
Your assumption is correct, my friend. I did not receive a Nobel Peace
Prize. While I could certainly use the money, I'm not sure my ego needs the
"honor", (besides, I own a Ferrari). Yep! Jimmy Carter won a Nobel Peace
Prize, as did Al Gore for fleecing the world treasure chest with bad
science, and as well as Yasser Arafat for establishing a "lasting" peace in
Palestine. As regards Mother Theresa, she was a saint in the true sense of
word, and is in a category that significantly transcends Carter, Gore, and
Arafat. I would not presume to "bash", as you say, her wardrobe choices. Had
you read my response the Ken Rentiers more carefully, you should have
noticed that I didn't criticize Carter's wardrobe choices either, but rather
some of his foolish failings as president.
And as for egos, well pal, everybody has one, even me. It is part the
psychological make up, doncha know? And as for FerrariListers, there are two
kinds: Those that own Ferraris, and those that don't. I'm one of the former.
Which one are you?

Regards

Wow,

I just read this... JC may have made mistakes, I was just a kid when he
was President, but did you also win the Nobel Peace prize (mind you this
was based on his efforts well after he had been out of office)? Or will
you be bashing Mother Theresa next for her poor wardrobe choices?

I know Ferrari folks have a reputation for big egos.... but wow.
