He's probably waiting for one of Obama's socialist handouts from other 
taxpayers to save up for a ferrari someday.
After all Obama promised to give 95 % of Americans a tax cut, even though 45 
% of them pay no Federal taxes. If they get a check , its called a welfare 
check, not a tax cut.
