Did you say Miles Collier? He roamed the Sports Car scene when Phil Hill  was 
still in college and before I'd ever heard of Ferrari. Although Miles was  
from the other coast, he, Briggs Cunningham and Luigi Chenetti, among  others 
around the Watkins Glen area helped bring sports car racing into its  golden 
age 
in the 1950s.
 
I don't think that too many Listers have heard of him.
