Ferrari Mailing List: Vintage Formula 1 and Ferraris

Hello Friends,

I'm writing to advise that our friend Rui Gigante in Porto, Portugal, had 
arranged for a large Ferrari event on the same weekend as the Vintage Formula 1 
event, using the historic Boavista circuit in Porto, Portugal! The race website 
is under construction so no info other than the dates is posted BUT, visit this 
site, http://www.circuitodaboavista.com/ , and bookmark it now!

Nancy and I plan to attend the event, along with two friends here from Houston. 
 We're FIA marshals and will work as race officials.  The other friend is 
professional photographer and will receive press credentials.

I have spoken with Charles Perry, Antony Shine, Francis Newman and others, and 
there seems to be great interest in attending.  This can be GREAT.  Anyone who 
has been to Porto will understand.  Portugal is incredible.

So anyone already in Europe is encouraged to bring their Ferrari and join in!  
Those of you with Pontons, please bring them along and join us!

The event is 10-12 July and the weather in northern Portugal will be fantastic 
then!
