Lovely, glad I am nowhere near NJ...

Only a matter of time before other states try to boost their budgets in 
this manner all over the country... 

Facism is alive and well in the US, nothing like a mandate to issue a 
ticket every 10 minutes...  I'd prefer speed cameras with a 3rd party 
(non-monetary incentives) watchdog to ensure its fair.  Oh and of course 
the money will go to pay the police overtime...

I try to keep a positive outlook, but some news bites make it difficult.
