Yeah it does

To this day I recall Classic BMW's valet service stealing every coin out 
of my M3's change holder (right after I jammed it full on the way 
there).  I had a word with the manager and they wanted to give me a gift 
certificate for the trouble, I declined and asked that they find the 
culprit and try and make it not happen to anyone else.  Not sure what 
came of that, but do complain.
