002C and 0846? Somebody has been hanging-out with James Glickenhaus? I'm jealous.... I'm 35 (yes, a wee pup) and got into the hobby in '97. Yes, I remember when you could get almost any car off the showroom floor. I remember when the world tour car came through Atlanta (and even have the book). I know the chassis numbers of my cars from memory (18759, 39343, and 47071). I have spent hours with 002C and 0846*. I keep track of most of the cars pre s/n 999 and the F1 chassis numbers. Per Gerald Roush and Dave Seibert's rules, I'm probably the youngest DINOsaur out there. I have parts everywhere in my garage trying to replace the clutch in my 308 at home, on my own lift, with my own tools. There is a Diablo in my driveway that I am troubleshooting (and came up with a list of $4200 worth of parts that it needs, and by god they are trash). The real fans are still out there, we shy away from the bling crowd, but we're still out there.
