Glad to see you;re still lurking - (once a lurker, always a lurker) ;-)

Is there an Appeals Process? Since the car's tags do not match the car in the photo they might be easy to beat - of course, there's still the hassle of proving innocence.

That's my problem with photo tickets - you must prove innocence while a photo is taken as prima facie (might be spelled wrong) evidence showing guilt.

At least I think that an acccurate legal argument -

camera. The victim gets a $40 ticket in the mail days later, without
any humans ever having been involved in the ticketing process
