Paul: I live in the same state as you. Been here since the '50s. In the Golden-Olden days, I'd agree with you, but in recent times I have had state/county/city cops all tell me that you can't go over the posted limit when passing. Serious bummer, and totally stupid. But our state has changed a LOT. Hans.
