On this topic, I'm on the side of the gov't staying out of the people's business. Speaking of abortion and people's rights to do as they wish with their bodies, everyone knows the gov'ts position on abortion - but here are laws against prostitution - another situation of someone doing as they wish with their bodies like abortion - except a baby doesn't die. Same with the possibility of selling healthy body parts. A lot of good could come from it if it we were allowed to sell parts of our own body. After all, if we don't own the right to do as we wish with our bodies what rights do we really have? Consider a man dying but who still has a good kidney and a good eye. Both could be sold to provide money to the family or to pay medical bills. A good argument could be made for allowing us to sell our body parts.

But that's another story....

Umm.. Michael,

would be very little left between the covers.
But there's more here. Let's dig a little deeper.
You don't want the Federal Government to BAN ABORTION, you want the Federal
Government to PROHIBIT the STATES from BANNING ABORTION.
This is where we disagree.
BTW - I've said this in private - now I'll say it in public.
