Ferrari Mailing List: Reg Plate for sale in UK

Hello, I am in the UK and have a Ferrari specific plate for sale at a very 
affordable price. Would there be a way of advertising this to your UK based 
List subscribers? 
I would like advise please so that I can follow procedures and protocol here 
rather than blurting out some advert in the wrong place etc.
