Get rid of the A/C unit (weight)
Add Electromotive direct fire ignition (Helluva difference in my GT4!) 
Carbs or ITB's. 
P6 cams
Port/Polish
New suspension rubber, while not adding HP, adds a more modern feel to go along 
with the HP increases!

What would you guys do to a 1980 2v injected 308 to get more normally aspirated 
hp and reduce weight?

I know I could:

1. Go to Fchat
2. Install Chevy V8

But what upgrades have listmembers done to achieve some modern hp increases?

I'm thinking a set of hot cams, ported heads, 10.5 pistons and EFI would do it.

Thoughts?
