Ayieeeeee - And that said, the Asian countries are VERY VERY good at copying - and in a hurry too. I am surprised there isn't a KIA 458 Italia equivalent on the street yet. Oh sure, may not hold a candle to the true Ferrari car quality (you know, like sticky rubber interior parts and shrinking leather dashes) BUT they will look like a Ferrari to my 91 y/o mother and she would never appreciate the price difference vs. build.

LOL,

Like the time a local outside Granbury asked me what kind of Mustang was that I was driving... Poor 348 got no respect...

WHICH is why the F550 is a nice car to drive - - - no one will recognize it as a Ferrari and you will be left alone.

Funny story - who knows if its fact - about 5 years ago an F550, in the mid-West, pulls into a gas station to fill up - two things the F550 can NOT pass is a gas station and a tire store. Now here come some local fellas to fill and notice the car. They ask - Wazzat? Owner says - Shhhhhh, we are test driving the new Camero.

Those guys got all giddy and nearly wet their collective pants.

Alas. I'd rather be Ferrari Bubba in AR with his shitbox 208 gt4. heh heh
