Yup, I'm sure it was. :-)

But if I wanted the same lameass DSG/DCT technology, I could buy
any number of VW/Porsche/Audi/BMW cars that have this technology.

I've worked on BMW SMG - and the Ferrari unit is essentially identical.

SMG = Euro E36 M3 = F355 F1

SMG2 = E46 M3 = F360 F1

SMG3 = E60 M5 = F430 F1

DCT = E90 M3 = 458 Italia

I've never owned a 2 pedal BMW - I will never own a 2 pedal Ferrari. ;)
