It was pretty much a Pantera to the world.  Some liked the way de Tomaso rolled off the tongue, and thought it added a bit of class to the car.  Kinda like calling a bottle of table wine by the grape it's made from.  Sounds a bit classy, but it's still a bottle of table wine. hee hee.

Yeah, that's one of the best book buys I've made in the past 10 years or
o  - every time I look through it I find new little treasures of art....
